Laurie was amazing and I would definitely recommend her to anyone I know! We had a difficult situation and need. We were relying on her entirely, as we were purchasing sight unseen from out of state. We didn't even see the home we bought till after signing. I trusted Laurie implicitly. She did an amazing job of showing everything important as far as what could be bad about a house. Laurie was extremely responsive as well. We were dealing with a three-hour time difference, but it didn't seem to matter. Even when I was texting her late for her time and not expecting a response till the next day, she often surprised me with an immediate response. Laurie also provided a lot of other information about the area, schools, and local norms. Since we were moving from out of state there were a lot of new housing things that we didn't know about. Laurie was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions confidently.
